This cargo airline was established in 1972 and in 1999 was purchased from Scott Kalitta by David Clark and Michael Goldberg who wholly own the airline. The wing is worn by all cockpit crew members and the only way to distinguish between the pilots rank is by the stripes on their epauletts and jackets.
