There are two small holes at the bottom of this badge where the position (such as agent, dispatcher, etc) of the employee would be displayed on a smaller name badge.

Started as Hanford's Tri-State Airlines in 1928. Acquired by T.F. Ryan in 1936 and renamed Mid-Continent Airlines 1938. Merged with Braniff Airlines in 1952.
