Northwest Airlines Pilot Hat Badge 1st Issue
First usage was
1928. There is one hat badge prior to this issue. That says "PILOT" and there
are no known issues existing.

Started as Northwest Airways and name changed to Northwest Airlines in
1934. Absorbed Republic Airlines in 1985. The Delta/Northwest merger was approved on Oct. 29, 2008 and in Jan.2010, Delta completed the merge of the reservation systems and discontinued using the Northwest name for flights.
