Trans World Airlines Male Flight Attendant Wing Type II.

These are the Male flight attendant wings circa 1975 through 1978. TWA did not have male flight attendants until 1975; before then TWA only had male pursers that shared the same wings as the Flight Engineer/First Officer wings and the same uniform including hat (except they only had one stripe).

Formed in 1930 with the merger of Western Air Express, TAT & P.A.I.C to form Trans Continental & Western Airlines. Name changed to Trans World Airlines in 1950. Merged with Ozark Airlines in 1987. Merged into American Airlines in 2001
